All prices are shown in sterling and are inclusive of VAT at the current rate. All deliveries outside the UK may be subject to duty taxes. Kumeth shall not be held responsible for such charges. The customer is solely responsible for these charges. Delivery times may be delayed as a result of goods being held at customs while the necessary duty charges are paid. We shall not be held responsible for such delays. We ship to all countries worldwide, however if you are unsure whether your country is eligible please do not hesitate to email us at email@example.com.
Our aim is to ship your goods in perfect condition and in the shortest possible time. You can track your parcel by entering your tracking reference into the courier’s website. We shall not be held responsible for any delays to your parcel being delivered.
Made-to-measure deposits or pre-payments are non-refundable. Our aim is to finish the made-to-measure piece to the best customer satisfaction possible. Please be aware that a fitting process can take up to one year depending on the customer's availability, procurement of material and production cycles. The outstanding payment is due after the made-to-measure piece is finished to the customer's satisfaction.
Customer satisfaction is a priority at Kumeth. You have the right to cancel your order at any time within 14 days from the day you received your ready-to-wear goods from us. In this case, you will receive a full refund of the price paid for the goods in accordance with our refunds policy outlined below.
You can return them for an exchange or refund, providing the goods are unworn and in perfect condition, with all original tags still attached together with original packaging.
